Quotations & follow-up
We collect your name, email, phone, city, optional vehicle details and selected items to prepare your quotation and respond to your request. Submitted quotations are stored for our sales team. Access to the sales workspace requires authentication.
Email & documents
When delivery is enabled, Resend processes your contact details and quotation to send the requested email. Email acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. Keep your private quotation link confidential. The PDF is available even if email sending fails.
Pricing & validity
Quotations are valid for seven days from issue. Installation is optional. When selected, quotations include estimated distribution box and labour charges, plus cable and earth wire at the published per-foot rates for any entered lengths. Earth boring is included only when you select the optional earth-boring service. Unmeasured items are shown separately and excluded from the total until confirmed. Model, connector, warranty, stock, tax treatment and final installation scope must be confirmed before purchase. A quotation does not take payment or reserve stock.
Invoices
Customers request quotations only. Our team creates and manages invoices, with any adjustments made by an administrator. Our team can revise an invoice and send the updated copy, while previous versions and received payments remain on record. An invoice is not a payment receipt. Expired quotation prices are reviewed by our team before invoicing.
Cookies & retention
Essential session cookies keep quotation access and team sign-in working. We use Google Analytics on public production pages to understand visits, page use and device information. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes browsing information through Google. Our integration does not send quotation or invoice pages, admin activity, form contents, URL query values or URL fragments to Analytics. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. You can control cookies in your browser. Quotation and invoice records are retained for customer service and business recordkeeping; contact us to request access or deletion where applicable.
